Elsworthy Road Regents Park, London
Elsworthy Road, Regents Park, London, was a high-end 450m2 residential design over four stories and basement completed for St. James Gate Real Estate Holdings. Our scope comprised of concept, detailed design and lighting supply for both internal and external lighting including, façade and landscaping, swimming pool and spa, games room, cinema room and five bedrooms. We also provide construction supervision and snagging.

Brewery Quarter Cork
The Brewery Quarter is a 90,000 sq. ft new office retail, hospitality and cultural development on the old Beamish site in Cork city. We were appointed for concept design, detailed design, construction overview and supply for all four façades of the building. Our brief was to ensure the Tudor façade was the central feature of the development, with the lighting in the contemporary parts of the building designed to compliment and add interest.

Carton House Estate Kildare
While Carton House luxury resort is filled with beautiful Georgian architecture, the lighting, and the guest arrival experience at night-time was underwhelming. Our brief was to elevate the end user night time arrival experience through lighting.

Blanchardstown Shopping Centre Blanchardstown, Dublin
Concept, detailed design, construction overview, snagging and supply for all internal and entrance areas. The centre had not been renovated in over twenty years so felt dated and uninviting. Lighting was highlighted as key importance to the renovation to improve the “feel” of the space. The brief was to create a bright and inviting atmosphere, particularly in the non-day lit areas.

We were appointed in March 2020 to take the lighting design, brought to concept stage by a UK designer, to detail design, procurement, snagging and completion.

One Molesworth Street Dublin
Situated in a commanding location on the corner of Molesworth Street and Dawson Street in Dublin city centre, One Molesworth Street is a striking new building designed by Henry J Lyons Architects. Completed in 2018, they combined the finest contemporary materials and finishes to produce a design carefully sculpted to be sympathetic to its setting.
