CPD Service

We offer a full range of professional development lectures for partner companies, including Architecture and Engineering practices. Each lecture covers a particular aspect of lighting design and is aimed at increasing the knowledge of participants in contemporary lighting design best practice. Feel free to contact us to arrange a CPD series that is appropriate for your team.

Willie Duggan Jnr presents our CPD lectures. Willie earned his building services engineering chartership in 2007, then went on to study a masters in Light and Lighting at the Bartlett, University College London. While studying he was highly commended for his lighting re-design of the Tower Bridge London by the Worshipful Society of Lightmongers. After qualifying he honed his skills as a lighting designer in London with Battle McCarthy and GIA Equation where he worked on a number of prestigious UK and international lighting design projects.

"I have been working with Willie Duggan Lighting since setting up Optimise Design in 2007. Over the years they have been wonderful to deal with from sourcing products to giving advice on the best solution for our clients. I never hesitate to recommend them as I know they will exceed everyone's expectations."

Denise O'Connor Architect and Interior Design Consultant, RTE Presenter

"We highly recommend the W.Two Service. Willie called to site a number of times to run through our options. He produced a truly energy efficient design without compromising light quality. We were impressed with the wealth of his knowledge and the extent of the service. Our builder and electrician were clear always on builders work and wiring requirements. Our house wouldn't feel or look the same without his input. We would recommend anyone building a house to consult a lighting designer, namely Willie Duggan."
